My journey – and why I tell people about Tribe today.

I discovered Tribe when I was at a point in my life where I wanted to make a change. I wanted more freedom, more flexibility, more meaning—but not at the expense of my values.

I wanted something that suited me, not just a job, but an opportunity to develop personally while helping others.

What excited me about Tribe?
